New York International Children’s Film Festival is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All of our programs, from our Film-Ed Program to the annual Festival, are made possible by donations from our audience. Your contribution today will help us continue to bring original, innovative, and eye-opening films from around the world to NYC families and students.

Give a NYC student access to programs that inspire, challenge, and educate.
The Film-Ed Program makes innovative film experiences available for FREE to NYC students with limited access to arts programming. A donation of $50 will allow two students to attend free of charge. A donation of $2,000 will sponsor an entire class of students. All donations will help us reach our goal to serve 7,500 students in the 2018-2019 school year.
Plus: Make a donation $100 or more and we’ll send you a Festival short film DVD compilation!

Every February and March, 25,000 parents, children, and filmmakers will explore the world via the best new films for ages 3-18.
The Festival lineup will represent over 25 countries and nine languages.
75+ events include extended panel conversations, filmmaker appearances, premieres, and more.
Film-Ed Field Trips
We provide free and discounted opportunities for over 7,500 students to participate in the Festival and connect our programming to the classroom.
68% of our students are from public schools serving low-income communities and attend free of charge.
We serve students in grades K-8 with tailor-made educator resources to support the programming.
We partner with schools in all NYC boroughs to introduce school communities to the world of film.
