How it works
One Festival Pass package includes admission to every event for one (1) person. To ensure admission, redeem a ticket for each screening you plan to attend.
An Express Pass, included in this package, can be used for drop-ins. Pass holders who arrive to a sold-out screening without a reserved ticket may use their Express Pass to be put on the top of the waitlist. Your Express Pass will be added to your account prior to Opening Night.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your pass to be processed. (Don't worry—once you purchase your pass, tickets have been allocated to your pass and cannot be accessed by anyone else)

- Please allow up to 24 hours for your pass to be processed. We'll let you know once you can redeem your tickets.
- Sign in (using the button in our nav bar, just like you would when purchasing tickets)
- Explore! Check out the lineup on our ticketing page. When you select an individual showtime, you will see your ticket
- If you've purchased more than one Festival Pass, you will be able to select one ticket per pass—all on the same page
Rules and Restrictions
- General Overview
The Festival Pass grants access to Festival screenings and priority access to select special events at New York International Children's Film Festival (NYICFF). Passes are available for purchase by both members and non-members. - Eligibility
The Festival Pass is available to individuals of all ages.Membership discounts are only applicable to current NYICFF members at the time of purchase. - Pass Benefits and Usage
- Pass holders receive access for to all Festival screenings
- The Festival Pass includes entry to every event for one person. To ensure admission, pass holders may redeem a ticket for each event they plan on attending, at no cost, as long as there are tickets available
- A Digital Express Pass, included in this package, can be used for drop-ins. Entry is subject to venue capacity. While priority access is provided, it does not guarantee entry if the venue reaches full capacity.
- Pricing and Discounts
- The Festival Pass is priced at $135 for non-members and $121.50 for members (10% discount)
- Digital Access and Entry
- The Festival Pass is issued as individual tickets for screenings that have been reserved and a digital Express Pass, which must be presented for entry at screenings and events for which no tickets have been reserved.
- Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered pass holder.
- Pass holders must comply with all venue policies and instructions from Festival and venue staff.
- Refunds and Transfers
- Festival Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In the event of cancelations or unforeseen changes, NYICFF reserves the right to modify pass benefits.
- Code of Conduct
- Pass holders are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, attendees, and filmmakers.
- NYICFF reserves the right to revoke passes without refund in cases of misconduct or violation of NYICFF policies
- Guaranteed access can be revoked for failure to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of screening start time or for non-attendance to two screenings to which pass holder has reserved tickets
- Liability
- NYICFF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged passes.
- Amendments
- NYICFF reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to pass holders via email or the official NYICFF website.
