Now is a critical time for the arts. Cultural funding from federal, state, and local agencies has been reduced significantly, especially here in New York City. Museums, cinemas, and theaters are where we go to see beyond and within ourselves, to ignite our compassion and find community. Growing minds need these opportunities more than most, and these programs are under threat.

Everything we do is intentionally designed to assure kids that they matter, that their point of view is valid, and that their differences are celebrated. Our programs encourage curiosity and dialogue across cultures and viewpoints—dialogue that will turn our children into global citizens who see the strength in our differences and build unity through compassion. Your support will help ensure our FilmEd Field Trips, national touring program, and annual Festival continue to reach as many growing minds as possible.
